Coaching Across the Gender Gap

New ideas on gender roles espoused by the feminist movement have resulted in women taking positions that were heretofore denied them. This paper uses Banduras' self-efficacy theory as well as cultural and psychological issues to argue that female coaches should not coach male teams.
