Four Blocks Literacy Framework Adoption and Change Management

A dissertation case study comprised of seventy pages examines an elementary school's adoption of the Four Blocks Literacy Framework but teachers are resistant ot the change. The study purposes are discussed with a methodology section and participants follwoing, qualitative research and case study explantion, procedures and an outline of the Concerns Based Adoption Model is also included with data presentation and a restatement of study purpose at the conclusion.
