Riordan's Expansion to Mexico

A 10 page paper discussing issues of culture and management as Riordan expands production to Mexico. Simply outsourcing its production needs to a contract manufacturer in Mexico likely would be less costly in the short term. Over time, however, it is to Riordan's benefit to retain ownership of the Mexican facility and train all facility employees in efficient operation and the "flattening" of position power that will facilitate efficiency.
