Strategic Plan for Miller Lite

Miller and Coors were immigrants searching for success in beer brewing and they found it. They only merged in 2010 and wound up competing in the same markets, such as lite/light beers. Recently, Coors Light took off and soared in market share surpassing Bud Lite. Coors Light has captured more market share but Miller Lite is floundering. This essay includes a strategic plan for Miller. There are seven sources listed in the bibliography of this nine page paper.
