Difficult changes, such as those implemented as a result of the recession, may be heavily impacted by the leadership style which is adopted. This four page paper looks at the way in which the coaching style of leadership may provide benefits for the organization and their ability to adapt when compared to alternative more controlled leadership models. The perceptions of employees towards change also considered, using Isabella's (2009) four stage model. Two sources are cited in the bibliography this four page paper.
