Applying Maslow to a Movie Character

Maslow was a different kind of personality theorist insofar as he believed all people were good and all people were born with the same needs, which he identified as deficiency needs and growth needs. This essay applies Maslow's theory of needs to the main character in the movie Cast Away played by Tom Hanks.
