The writer looks at a range of three different tools which can be used as a framework to examine an organization. McKinsey's 7 S's, Lewin's force field analysis, Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model and Burke Litwin (B-L) model are all explained. The explanations analysis of the models is then utilised to identify which may be and not the model to examine a food retailer, using the example of Whole Foods Market.
