What Happens When You Are Tired

Did you know that between 50 and 70 million adults in the United States have sleep disorders. The people are unable to function at top performance because they are tired. Cognitive functions are negatively affect, especially the executive processes. As one author said, “lack of sleep dumbs you down.” This paper reports the many health and psychological risks associated with not getting enough sleep.
