The food and beverage sector is more likely to be challenged with harassment lawsuits because of the close environment in which employees work. Small operations are challenged with short staffs and hiring and retaining qualified employees. Two articles are referenced, each focusing on different types of staffing challenges for managers in the food and beverage sector. These include retaining qualified staff and being proactive to avoid harassment lawsuits. There are two sources listed in the bibliography of this six page paper.
