Evidence-Based Practices Nursing

Uploaded by : Essays-Now.com

In health care, implementing evidence-based practices refers to making decisions about patient care that are based on the best evidence. Research has revealed that evidence-based care can significantly reduce complications while it decreases health care costs. There are often obstacles, barriers, and even resistance to implementing these practices. This paper explores a hypothetical change case study that includes: identifying the change, justifying the change, why it could cause conflict, how the conflict was demonstrated, and the productive outcomes of the conflict. There are three sources listed in the bibliography of this four page paper.
