What Competencies Do Global Leaders Need

There have been hundreds of research studies and articles written on the competencies a person needs to be an effective global leader. This essay looks at two of the many studies that have been conducted. Each discusses the competencies identified in the past and the competencies their own research has named. This is an annotated bibliography of two journal articles. There are two sources used in this four page paper.
